- Poly Gloves
- Vinyl Gloves
- And Nitrile Gloves
Now when it comes to doing the nitty-gritty work or if
you’re in the janitorial industry there are only a certain few gloves which
protect you from the dangers of the chemicals involved. These are suggested for
handling dirty work involving chemicals:
- Latex Gloves (unless you’re allergic)
- Vinyl Gloves
- Nitrile Gloves
- And for extremely heavy duty cleaning - Neoprene Gloves.
For the medical industry there are a certain few which fit
the bill – especially with the chance of puncturing involving the tools used in
the industry. Taking into account this and the other issue involving the
allergies to latex Nitrile gloves have become the preferred choice to many in
this profession. However, there are two main gloves for this type of work
involving examination and other medical tasks and these are:
- Latex Gloves
- And Nitrile Gloves
While handling chemicals in a non-standard manner, i.e.
industrial chemical handling or for extended periods, it’s suggested you use
one main type of glove – and this is Neoprene gloves. While they’re not a form
fitting and versatile as the Latex and Nitrile gloves, Neoprene gloves are
thick and heavy duty – providing the ultimate protection. Even in this case you
can use the following when handling slightly less-than high-risk jobs:
- Latex Gloves
- Nitrile Gloves
- And Neoprene Glove
