Reliable Paper Goes International

Right now, right this minute, a single container sits on a ship slowly making its journey to Djibouti, Africa.  Loaded with 38,645lbs of kitchen supplies.  Reliable Paper brand can liners, DART hot/cold insulated cups, cup lids, 55-gallon drums of Simple Green and so much more!   Heading for Camp Lemonnier, a United States Naval Expeditionary Base, located in the Horn of Africa.

It’s a great day in America when family-owned small businesses exceed expectation and push boundaries typically unfamiliar to most smaller companies.

Teamwork prevailed as all hands on deck loaded cargo from beginning to end.  Reliable Paper extended personal one of a kind service from the sale, to the load, and even a trip to Africa to personally secure ‘service with a smile.’

How to Choose the Right Garbage Bag

So, you want to buy trash bags.  Sounds simple enough, right?  Not really.
Standing in the trash bag aisle, you’ll soon find yourself bombarded with dozens of choices, all which seem pretty similar. You got your odor shield, odor block, odor lock. Then there’s the litany of statements touting each bag’s strength: ultimate, extra strong, 3-ply strength, trusted strength.
Reading the product boxes won’t do you much good because they don’t seem to have much in the way of helpful information.  So how do you choose the right trash bag? Good question.
The 2.4 Billion Dollar Trash Bag Question
The single most important question you must ask yourself before starting your search is:

What is this trash bag going to be used for?
Kitchen waste? Lawn care? Recycling? Bathrooms? Office? The bag you need will depend on what you need the bag for.  If you don’t answer this question, you’re literally throwing money away. You could end up wasting money on a more expensive, thicker bag when all you really needed was a less expensive, thinner bag or a shorter bag and thus wasting money on extra material.  Or, have you ever had a garbage bag break?  Leaving you to clean up the mess…… Yuk.
Below are some helpful tips to keep in mind the next time ‘YOU’ are pondering, “Which bag should I buy?”

Is it the Flu, or is it a Cold?
How to know the difference.

Translating and treating your cold or flu symptoms shouldn’t add to your discomfort. While there are many similar symptoms between a cold and the flu, symptoms of the flu are quite unique.
PINPOINTING YOUR SYMPTOMS
Stuffy, sneezy, and sore?  Simply a cold.
Common cold symptoms typically target the nose and throat. Fear not—drinking liquids and using a humidifier can help alleviate these symptoms within a few days, with the help of a bit of medicine. Symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, and nasal congestion may last up to 3-10 days.
Fever and fatigue?   It’s the flu.
Unlike the more gradual progression of cold symptoms, you will experience a fast onset of symptoms—like fever and chills—in the early stages of the flu. Other symptoms of the flu include feelings of weakness or fatigue, all of which can last up to 1-3 weeks.
What is the difference between a cold and the flu?

The flu and the common cold are both respiratory illnesses, but they are caused by different viruses. Because these two types of illnesses have similar symptoms, it can be difficult to tell the difference between them based on symptoms alone. In general, the flu is worse than the common cold, and symptoms are more common and intense. Colds are usually milder than the flu. People with colds are more likely to have a runny or stuffy nose. Colds generally do not result in serious health problems, such as pneumonia, bacterial infections, or hospitalizations. Flu can have very serious associated complications.

What are the symptoms of the flu versus the symptoms of a cold?

The symptoms of flu can include fever or feeling feverish/chills, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, muscle or body aches, headaches and fatigue (tiredness). Cold symptoms are usually milder than the symptoms of flu. People with colds are more likely to have a runny or stuffy nose. Colds generally do not result in serious health problems.

Overcoming your symptoms.
